Last night Rob and I celebrated my recent promotion with a trip to Pizzuto's. For Valentines Day they run a few specials which were different then the standard menu. The wait staff was excited to see that I decided to try something other than the usual gnocchi with meat forte (to be honest, I didnt have a choice :) ). I had Tortellini Valentino and it was wonderful.This morning we walked over to the Galaxie coffee shop and had some coffee while I worked to get ready for my trip next week and Rob researched hotels in Bangkok. On the walk home the sun was shining and it was actually semi warm out! I decided to go outside and feed my plants as well as just weed the flowerbeds a bit. I planted tulips inthe fall. I'm so excited to see them coming in. I cant wait until they bloom. Here are some pictures. I also have lots of updated pictures on Flickr.
Can someone please tell me if that last picture I posted is a weed? I didn't pull it out because it looks like it might be something nice.

Al, I'm not sure, but it might be a small bulb-type plant, like a snow drop or grape hyacinth?? Might as well see what happens, is my motto! I've mistakenly pulled up too many things I'd forgotten about....
